James A. Dunn Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James A. Dunn of Rome, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dunn and Ellen Haley Dunn; his siblings, Robert, Sister Virginia Dunn and Joanne Gaffey; and his brothers-in-law, William Haley, William Gaffey and Kenneth Sutton.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Michele, Michael (Donna Dunn), James Dunn, Laura (Jeff Mack) and Amanda Dunn; and his siblings, Sister Eileen Dunn, Sister Mary Ann Dunn, Michael Dunn (Colleen), Ellen Dunn and Rose Marie McCoy (Greg). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
