He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Toepp and Gladys Urtz Toepp; and his wife Kimberly Pritchard. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Pritchard and Nicholas Toepp (Theresa); his grandchildren, Caitlin Faherty (Eric), Ariana Pritchard, Gabriella Ashley, Autumn Toepp, Madison Pritchard, Ethan Toepp and Lucas Toepp; his brothers, Richard Toepp (Beth), Wayne Toepp (Barb) and Ronald Toepp; and his aunt Jeanette Reid. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Barry Funeral Home (807 W Chestnut St, Rome, NY 13440-2363). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
