Conway; his children, John Jacobs (Lisa), Debbie Scott (Barry) and Gina Recco (Tony); his siblings, Larry Jacobs and Janice Lester; and his grandchildren, Matt Jacobs, Abby Jacobs, Taylor Recco, Andrew Recco and Ethan Scott.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jerry's memory may be made to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund.
