He is survived by: his parent Beulah Hobbs Howard; his daughters, Patty Richie (Samuel) of Port Deposit, MD, Joyce Howard Langston of Rome, Samantha Howard of Rome, Jerry Howard Jr. of Rome, Louis Howard of Rome and Matthew Howard of Taberg; his siblings, Lucy Mary Smith of Syracuse and Paul Howard (Carol) of Utica; his friend Becky Mahle; his former wife Patricia Howard; Rudy, Nico and Franky. He is also survived by grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
