It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn M. Bartlett of Rome, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Cimo and Florence Cimo (Viscosi); and her husband Gerald Bartlett. She is survived by : her children, Tamara Lust (Francis Sr.), Tina Davis (Robert) and Timothy Bartlett; and her grandchildren, Chad, Cheyenne Bartlett, Kristen Versace, Kimberly Davidson (Nick), Kari Vescio, Kelsey Twitchell, Caitlyn, Stacey and Lyndsy Davis. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
