He is survived by: his children, Patrick Filey (Jocelyn) and Christine Florek (Kelly); his stepchildren, Charleen Cushman (Richard), Cheryl Pfendler, Nicole Hart (Kevin) and Daniel Sanborn (Pearl); and his fiancée Sharon Youngs. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
