He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stark and Beverly Serviss Stark; and his close friends, Thor, Gertie and Apollo.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Stooks; his children, Samantha Hough (Brandon) of Floyd and John Stark (Paige) of Rome; his grandchildren, Levi and Cecelia Stark; his siblings, Marion Stark, Arthur Stark, Jr. (Roberta Owen) and Russell Stark (Renee); and his close friend Katie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his faithful.
