John T. Clancy Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 1, 2022, at the age of 86, John T. Clancy of Rome, New York, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Clancy and Elizabeth Clancy; his parents-in-law, Bill and Eunice Baynes; his brothers, Jim and Joe Clancy; and his brother-in-law Paul Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Clancy; his children, Tim Clancy, Virginia, Kate Clancy Thompson (Ken), Shelburne of Vermont and Maureen Clancy Pelisson (Pat); his grandson Brendan Thompson; and his sister Mary Ellen Snyder. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Saint Paul's Church Memorial Fund in Rome, NY or the Mission of the Christ Child at Saint Peter's Church in Rome, NY.
