He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Waller and Mildred Waller (Horn); his spouse Jacquilyn Blowers; and his sister Beth Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas J. Waller, Bruce R. Waller (Beverly) and Mark E. Waller (Anita); and his grandchildren, Bethany Golden, Dana Waller Hanright, Christopher Waller, Michelle Waller Moulton and Brianna Waller Petrie. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
