He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, William Patterson and William Worden; his uncle Bernard "Joe" Matt; and his brother Josh Gannon. He is survived by: his mother April Matt; his stepfather Freddy Santiago; his father Edward Matt; his son Dominick Thompson; his siblings, David Matt, Travis Dyer, Taner Murabito, Sarah Matt, Tristan Dyer and Stacey Gannon; his grandmothers, Gloria Patterson-Lyndaker, Jean Worden and Lillian Santiago; his nephews, Brayden and Dayton Dyer; his niece Amber Dyer; his close friends, Thomas Murabito and Marie Gannon; and his godparents, Robert and Margaret Hall. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home at one time, everyone must wear a face covering upon entering and proper social distancing protocols must be adhered to once inside.
