She was predeceased by: her father James Ott (Mary); and her siblings, Robert, Donald, Fran and James Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Hines; her children, Carrie Day (Douglas), Jason Bailey and David Hines (Kristen Mains); her stepson Wayne Hines (Chelsea); her grandchildren, Jesse Vanetten, Riley, Ariel, Hunter, Kennedy Bailey, Owen, Brayden and Mikenna Hines; and her siblings, Tim Ott, Mike Ott (Gina), Ronnie Ott (Gina Vaughn), Patty Peterson, Linda Ott, Jeff Ott (Jenn) and Joe Ott (Liz). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and friends.
