With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Yocum (Rome, New York), who passed away on August 7, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hartson and Eleanor Barringer Hartson; her boyfriend Clarence L. Yocum; her son Thomas; her sister Shirley; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Flint and Nancy Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, James and Sandra; her grandchildren, Joel and Sydney Yocum; and her brothers-in-law, Ed Yocum (Carol) and James Ballard (Gayle). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
