She is survived by: her husband Walter Webber; and her children, Linda Whitford (Charles Whitford), Cheryl Salisbury (Bruce), Salisbury and Gerald Webber (Yolanda Webber). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc. (418 N George St, Rome, NY 13440). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
