She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wilson and Mildred Wilson; and her husband Richard Welch. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hall, Rosie Hefferman (Mike), Patricia Welch (Mike), Kevin Wilson, Joseph Wilson (Dawn), Randy Welch, Gregory Welch, Morris Wilson and Freddy Welch; and her siblings, Barbara Wilson and Butch Wilson (Laurie). She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
