He is survived by: his wife Anna Kirk; his children, Michael Blanchard, Jr. (Brandi), Theresa Blanchard (Kevin) and Elizabeth Blanchard (Rob); his siblings, Sandra Hallagan (Paul), Georgia Collins, Tina Rienzo (David), Marjorie Mahl (Doug), Judy Fosello, Nancy Arno, Claude Blanchard Jr. (Patricia) and Ronald Blanchard (Mary Ann); his son-in-law Travis Campbell; and his grandchildren, Lexus Avery (Hunter), Devon Campbell (Jade), Aiden Arno and Baylee Blanchard.
