He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wooldridge and Anna Mae Cusworth Wooldridge; and his siblings, Helen Schwarz, Carole Murray, Robert Deetz and Leonard Wooldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Lorna; his sons, Robert Carter of Elizabethtown, PA and Michael Carter of Rome; his siblings, Claire Howland of Guyton, GA, Sandra Adams of Holland Patent and Russell Deetz of Sauquoit; and his grandsons, Noah and Wyatt Carter.
