He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Parker and Helen S. Baldigo Parker; his wife Barbara Esposito; and his brother Carl Parker. He is survived by: his children, Richard M., Mills of New York, Thomas A. (Kati Parker), Oneida and Joy Schneider; his sister Donna Guerrieri; and his sister-in-law Judy Parker of Rome. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
