He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Madonia and Mary Madonia (Viscosi); and his brothers, Tony, Andy, Angelo, Gabe, Vinny and Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lucas; his son Mark; his granddaughters, Amanda Iodice (Stefano) and Alicia Madonia; his siblings, Ronald (Tracy), Richard (Patti), Jerry Madonia (Mary Kay), Anita Barber (Andy) and Arlene Depan; his sister-in-law Theresa Mazzatti; and his nieces and nephews, Dana, Dino Madonia and Vinny Madonia. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and many dear friends.
