He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren H. David and Dorothy M. Love David; and his sister Bobette Carter. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany (Brandon Galloway), Jody Leuck, Michael W. (Glenda David), Robert Jr. (Brenda David), Warren S. David and Dustin M. (Amy Schellerer); his siblings, Kathy (Tony Trentadue), Nancy Dresen (Jay Winkie), Jamie (George Lambert) and Donald (Karen David); and his brother-in-law Brad Carter. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; and 10 nieces and nephews.
