He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joel Casler and Sarah Summerville Casler; his sister Margie; and his daughter-in-law Kimberly L. Casler. He is survived by: his wife Janis Casler; his children, Robert Casler (Stephanie) and Shawn Casler (Anne); his sisters, Linda and Donna; his grandchildren, Tim Sestito, Tom Sestito, Matthew Morse, Victoria Sestito, Jonathan Casler, Jack Sestito, RJ Casler, Christopher Casler and Kaycee Casler; and his great grandchildren, Sloane, Jude, Killian and Cora.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home (7751 Merrick Rd, Rome, NY 13440). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
