He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray F. Decker and Delia E. Decker; and his daughter Tina. He is survived by: his wife Phoebe Stoker; his children, Cathy, Roger Jr., Thomas, Kevin, Steven and Michael; and his brother Tom Tucker. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and a good friend.
