He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell "Toby" Blackall and Beatrice McNabb Blackall; his wife Shirley Ann Blackall; and his brother Robert Blackall. He is survived by: his children, Linda Kaye Blackall of Rome, Edward, Ann Marie Blackall of Alabama and Mark Blackall of Rome; and his grandsons, Christopher, Daniel and James Blackall.
