He was predeceased by: his parents, William Owens and Dorothy Plopper Owens; and his brothers, William and Joseph Owens. He is survived by: his sister Betty Havens; and his sister-in-law Gloria Owens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Rome Cemetery (1500 Jervis Ave, Rome, NY 13440).
