She was predeceased by: her father Angelo; her husband Ronald Shoemaker; her brother Santo "Sam"; her sister-in-law Joanne D'Ambrosi; her sister Jean; her brother-in-law Herbert Jeror; her brother Angelo Jr. D'Ambrosi; and her brother-in-law Paul Shoemaker.
She is survived by: her children, Steve (Diane Shoemaker) and Judy (Mike Mastracco); her grandchildren, Jaclyn Pallas (Christopher), Jessie Jacobs (Zachary) and Leigh Shoemaker; her great grandchildren, Cole, Zoe Rose Pallas, Jake and Millie Rose Jacobs; her sisters-in-law, Mary Shoemaker and Vincenza D'Ambrosi (Vinnie); and her close friends, Tiny and Doris. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home (7751 Merrick Rd, Rome, NY 13440). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (210 E Dominick St, Rome, NY 13440).
