She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dorn and Kathryn Evans Dorn; her stepmother Bernice Dorn; her siblings, Jean Jackson, Beverly Walsh and Bill Dorn; her niece Patty McCorduck; her great-nephews, Ricky Adams, Tom Adams and David Adams; James Adams.
She is survived by: her husband James Adams; her sons, Ricky, Tom and David; her daughter-in-law Drinda Adams; her grandchildren, Sara Marchesani (Justin), Brian Adams (Michele), Katie Adams (Chris Grasso) and Kelly Brown (Aubrey); her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Abby, Ahneka, Jackson, Cooper, Cullen, Laynee and Clayton; her sister-in-law Rita Dorn; and her nieces and nephews, Tara Jones (Doug), Connie Facciolo (Dale), Bill Jackson (Rita) and Tom Walsh.
