It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally T. Ouderkirk of Rome, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on June 3, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert; her parents, Charles and Sally Russell Toepp; her daughter Robin Clifford (Jesse Cobb); her sister Tracy; her stepdaughter Diane; and her sister Holly (Pete Dahlberg). She was also cherished by Popa.
