She is survived by: her husband Steven; her children, Lisa Cox, Joseph Mayack (Brenda) and Frankfort of Michael Mayack, TN; and her grandchildren, Amee Johnson, Michael Mayack and Norma Mayack. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
