He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Zielasko and Josephine Watlinsky Zielasko; his daughter Patty Zielasko; his granddaughter Kelley; and his siblings, Irene Haldenwang, Matilda "Tilly" Singer, Clara Roberts, Carl Zielasko, Edmund Zielasko and Leonard Zielasko.
He is survived by: his wife Sigrid Ruoff; his sons, William Zielasko (Sally) of Canastota and Steven Zielasko of Boonville; his grandchildren, Brett Zielasko (Cortney), Jacob Zielasko, Wendi and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Trey and Zoey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
