He is survived by: his fiancé Makenzie M. Citrin of Holland Parent, NY; his siblings, Tucker J. Ofalt (Jordin), Martin M. Ofalt, Jr. (Emily) of Holland Patent, NY, Dennis M. Ofalt of Holland Patent, NY and Emma R. Henderson (Joseph) of Holland Patent, NY; his nieces and nephews, Joseph Jr., Benton, Olivia, Lainey and Levi; and his pets, Kobi and Arlo.
