We are sad to announce that, on July 19, 2023, at the age of 82, Thomas W Peters of Rome, New York, born in Ottumwa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Peters and Margaret Wilson Peters; and his daughter Peggy Peters. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Thomas M. Peters and Patricia A. Jones (Marvin); his grandchildren, Byron and Olivia Jones; and his brother William Peters (Teresa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
