She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Bennett-Muckle and Ben Bennett; her husband Reverend Arthur Kennedy, Jr.; and her sisters, Apostle Clarence Middleton Sr., Dolly Mae Ancrum (late Joseph Ancrum Sr.), Betty Bennett, Patricia Bennett, Mary Lawrence, Ruby Dingle (late Poppa Dingle), Lucille Henderson (late William H. Henderson Sr.) and Bertha Lee Williams.
She is survived by: her sisters, Pearl Rutlidge, Margaret Wright (late Leo Wright Sr.), Apostle Ruth Middleton Sanders and Bishop Daniel Sanders; and her children, Isaac Bennett II (late Sherelyn), Beverly Holmes (late Joseph), Barbara McCrea and Yvonne Bennett. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Baptist Church (203 Erie Blvd W, Rome, NY 13440). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
