She is survived by: her former husband Edward Ciszek; her daughter Karyn Lemon (Mike) of Mt. Lake Terrace, WA; her grandchildren, Josh Witt (Kristina) of San Antonio, TX, Alexis Witt of Seattle, WA and Amanda East (Michael) of Rome; her great grandchildren, Kayleigh and Branden East of Rome; and her nephews, Michael, Greg and Paul Stoklos.
