She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Mooz and James W. Packer Sr.; her husband Dudley Ely "Gig" Rowland; and her brothers, David and James W. Packer Jr. (Ginny).
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Rowland (Mark Reynolds), Eric Arthur (Cristi), Christian Arthur (Noelle), Jesse Trepiak (Esther) and Leslie Rowland (Frederick Hager); her grandchildren, Peter Arnold Hager II and Virginia Rowland Hager; her son Dudley Ely "Dusty" Rowland, III (Lisa); her grandchildren, Blake and Chase Rowland; her son Bradley Rowland (Karen); her grandchildren, Bence and Cooper Rowland; and her close friend Jack. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
