He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lucien Scott and Pearlie Mae Scott; his stepson Mark Occhipinti; his brother George; and his nephew Chevon.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Scott (Rome); his daughters, Lisa Marie Jones of Alexandria, VA and Kimberley Ann Njowusi (Greenbelt, MD); his stepson Shawn M. Occhipinti (Jeremy Carey); his brother James H. Scott (Cora Scott) of Exton, PA; his sister-in-law Connie Scott; his grandchildren, Philip Njowusi (Greenbelt, MD) and Kambria Occhipinti; his sibling's children, James H., Jr. (Greta), John (Laura), Damian, George, Jr., Indira Lar-Moore (Walter), Mary (Erik) and Trish; and his pet Eula.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be directed in his memory to St. Mary's and St. Peter's Churches.
