He was predeceased by: his parents, William Page, and Hazel Page, Sr. (Lynn); his son David "Bear" Page; his brother Bernard Page, Sr.; his niece Hazel Page; and his nephew Robert Page.

He is survived by: his children, Patti Goodman (Ken) and Donald Page (Kendra); his grandchildren, Vinnie Page (Mike), David Page, Erin Goodman (Eddie), Kendra Greene (Bob), Erika Young (Dustin), Kaylin Williams (Corey) and Tonay Destito (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Scotty, Heidi Page, Marcia, Bernard Page Jr., Bernice, Ernie Bradmon, Anna, Dana Smith, Bonnie, Robert Filby, Mary Kay, Jay Maitland, Sharon and Dave Stottlar; Wonder Mortis. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
