He is survived by: his wife Deborah Stell Kilbourne; his siblings, Diana, Robert, Donna, Craig Kilbourne and Sandra Holloway; his son Donald Kilbourne Jr.; his grandchildren, Haylee, Tyler, Drake, Armond and Skylar; his father-in-law Richard Stell; his siblings-in-law, Todd Stell (Mary Jane), Kevin Stell (Terri) and Kelly Allen (Robin); and his close friends, Randy Carner and Terry Mills.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sampson Ny State Veterans Cemetery (6632 NY-96A, Romulus, NY 14541).
