Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn Hinkledire of Roscoe, New York, born in Livingston Manor, New York, who passed away at the age of 65, on August 7, 2020. She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred, Sr. Knapp and Arvilla M. Warren Knapp; and her son Edward M. LaFrancois, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughters, Nancy LaFrancois of Livingston Manor, NY and Stacey LaFrancois (Tara O'Connor) of Roscoe, NY; her sister Donna Knapp; and her grandchildren, Kayla Qunones, Mark Qunones, Jr., Justin Zayes, Joce LaFrancois, Megan Bell, Michelle Brown, Avery Grace, Hayden LaFrancois and Nicole LaFrancois. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Carolyn's name may be made to the Catskill Animal Rescue, PO Box 522, Liberty, NY 12754.

Joseph Cromwell wrote a sympathy message

“I just learned of Carolyn's passing. I worked in the area in the early 90's and used to stop at the Mobil station where I met Carolyn. I was going thru some emotionally trying times back then and I don't know if I'd have made it without Carolyn's friendship and encouragement. I've never forgotten her and never will!! I know just with me she earned her Angel Wings and assured her place in Heaven. I only wish I could have seen her before her passing and Thanked her and updated her on my life now.”
