D'Addezio-Hendrickson; his children, Kathy Davis (Kevin) of Circleville, NY, Chuck Hendrickson (Lori) of Roscoe, NY, George "Buddy" Hendrickson of Fishkill, NY, Lisa Hendrickson of Middletown, NY and Shane Weidenfeld of Roscoe, NY; his brother William "Bill" Hendrickson (Debbie) of Roscoe, NY; his stepbrother John Bock of Roscoe, NY; his stepchildren, Lisa Walker of Liberty, NY and Richard Walker of Troy, NY; and his grandchildren, Shawn Hendrickson, Brenden Hendrickson, Kyle Hendrickson, Alana Davis, Shannon Davis, Leah Davis, Ashley Sirna, Lauren Sirna, Danny Hendrickson, Patrick Hendrickson, Michael Hendrickson, Mckenzie Newell and Lizzie Newell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
