It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome N. Fields of Roslyn Heights, New York, who passed away on July 7, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerome N. Fields to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lynda; his children, Monica, Gabriel and Ross; and his grandchildren, Adrian and Nicolas.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roslyn Heights Funeral Home (75 Mineola Ave, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577).
