It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nicholas R. Grippo of Roslyn Heights, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Grippo and George Grippo; his sister Rose Sepe; and his wife Pasqua C. Grippo. He is survived by: his children, Judy A. Grippo, George T. Grippo (Diane) and Jaclyn T. DeFalco (Ciro); his grandchildren, Nicholas A. Grippo, Brian J. Grippo and Jessica L. Franzese (Frank); and his great grandchild Sofia F. Franzese. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as great-great nieces and nephews, cousins and a dear extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fairchild Funeral Home (1570 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM at the St Mary's Church (1300 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030). An entombment will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (49-02 Laurel Hill Blvd, Woodside, NY 11377).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Nicholas R. Grippo to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), The American Cancer Society or The Hospice Care Network.
