With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrna J. Reid of Rouses Point, New York, born in Ormstown, Québec, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Myrna J. Reid to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Halton Kennedy (Thelma Kennedy) and Thelma Kennedy; and her brother Andrew Kennedy (Maude Kennedy). She is survived by : her sons, Gary Reid (Bonnie) and Tom Reid (Grandchild Nolan Reid); her grandsons, Joshua Reid (Becky) and Amon Reid (Heather); her great grandchild Adam Garrand; her stepgranddaughters, Katie and Chelsey McDonough; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Patrick McDonough, Tayla Lewis, Emmaleigha Brant and Calum Brant; and her nieces, Leslie Kennedy Pruett (Russell Pruett), Patty Kennedy (Eugene) and Debbie Kennedy Murray (George).

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (52 Washington Ave, Rouses Point, NY 12979). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (184 US-11, Rouses Point, NY 12979).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Myrna's memory to the Elmore SPCA Inc., Peru, NY.
