He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Howard and Angela Howard (Dunkley); his wife Lynn; his daughters, Lisa Russell (Tom) of Plattsburgh and Jamie Stafford of Saratoga Springs; his brothers, Peter (Karen Howard), Sam (Georgia Howard) and Joe (Amber Howard); and his grandchildren, Erik, Olivia Willis, Sydney and Sawyer Stafford.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ross Funeral Home (196 Elm St, Champlain, NY 12919).
