She was predeceased by: her parents, Marty Carrigan and Kathy Carrigan; and her father-in-law Gary Hinkley. She is survived by: her husband Allen Randall Hinkley; her brother Gov Carrigan; her brother-in-law Kenneth Hinkley; her daughters, Nicky Cahill (Colonel Matthew Cahill) and Michelle Burtt (Brett Burtt); her grandchildren, Beckett Cahill, Parker Cahill and Connor Burtt; and her nephews, Cadel Carrigan, Kendall Hinkley, Garret Hinkley and Julian Osgood.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Plattekill Mountain (469 Plattekill Rd, Roxbury, NY 12474).
