She was predeceased by: her father Anthony C. Hopko Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Mark Dux; her mother Elizabeth Hopko; and her siblings, Jeannine Hopko Carr (Thomas Carr) and Anthony C. Hopko III (Dawn Neelan-Hopko). She is also survived by in-laws, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
