He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Miller and Mary Miller; his sister Claire Miller-Kraft; his brother-in-law Ken Kraft; his brother Frank Miller; his sister-in-law Kay Miller; and his niece Barbara Miller-Wyman.
He is survived by: his wife Suellen Sampsell-Miller (Sue); his daughters, Kimberly Berkhoudt (Tom) and Kristin McBride (Darrin); his grandchildren, Drew A. Berkhoudt and Erika K. Berkhoudt; his cousin Jeannie Hayes; his sibling's children, Paul Miller, Mark Kraft (Linda), Linda Kraft, Melissa Smock (John) and Laurie Miller (Brett); and his pet Abby.
