He is survived by: his wife Linda Rybat; his children, Karen Smith (Charlie) of Buffalo and Jacob Cooper of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Jarick Roaderick and Matthew Smith; his siblings, Beverly Martin (Melvin) and Janet Rosen; his siblings-in-law, Bill Rybat (Jenny), Bob Rybat (Kelly) and Sharil White; his nieces and nephews, Ashton, Kierstin Rybat, Eddie and Bob Rybat (Kim); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan Rhys and Cade Rybat.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home (21 N Genesee St, Fillmore, NY 14735). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Elmlawn Memorial Park (3939 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, NY 14217).
