She is survived by : her children, Marybeth, Scott and Ted; her daughter-in-law Jill; her grandchildren, Allison, Lindsey, Brendan, Nicole and Claire; her great grandchildren, Riley, Adrian, Sidney, Cassidy, Chase, Barrett, Lincoln, Owen and Caylana; her niece Elissa; her nephew Tony; her great-nieces, Jacqueline and Alexa; and her cousins, Pammy, Bobby, Carol and Joe.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to offer material tributes to do so, in Antoinette's memory, by donations to a very special place that offered her wonderful and loving care during her time there: the Fairfield County Hospice House, located at One Den Road, Stamford, Connecticut 06902; or, by planting a tree in Antoinette's memory.
