He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann McCarthy of Rye Brook, NY.; his children, Thomas McCarthy (Ann Marie) of Brewster, NY., Stephen McCarthy (Jane) of Wappingers Falls, NY., Marie Elena "Mem" McCarthy (Neil Tanico) of Harrison, NY., Michael McCarthy (Eileen) of Mahopac, NY. and Jeannine Tempesta (Tommy) of Rye Brook, NY.; his daughter-in-law Lori McCarthy of South Salem, NY.; and his grandchildren, Jane Marie Grandchamp, Kayla McCarthy, Allison McCarthy-Barnes, Joseph McCarthy, Elizabeth McCarthy, Julianna Tanico, Christopher McCarthy, Gianna Tempesta, Sean McCarthy, Charlie Tanico, Natalie Tempesta and Caroline Tanico. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
