She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Fleming and Elizabeth Carmody Fleming; and her siblings, James Fleming, Michael Fleming, Patrick Fleming, Sean Fleming, Johanna Murphy and Margaret Casey.

She is survived by : her children, Dawn Cregan of Rye Brook, NY, Patricia Keegan (John "Jackie" Keegan) of Scarsdale, NY and Brian McDonough (Daria) of Ridgefield, CT; and her grandchildren, Caroline Cregan, Sarah Weber, Andrew Cregan, Emily Cregan, Isabella McDonough, Peter McDonough and Olivia McDonough.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Mrs. McDonough may be made to the Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital Memphis, TN.
