He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Berech and Curto. He is survived by : his cousins, William Archer of Old Lyme, CT. and Libby Archer of Deep River, CT.. He is also survived by numerous cousins and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, Chip has requested that donations be made in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
